城市韧性评估对于区域高质量发展和可持续发展至关重要,近年来韧性概念已更多地应用于城市研究中,提升城市韧性水平成为城市高质量发展的重要途径,对于我国青藏高原地区而言则更为迫切。文章从经济、社会、基础设施、生态 4 个维度,运用熵值法、空间分析方法评估了 2010—2020 年我国青藏高原地区 38 个地级市的城市韧性及时空分异特征,并利用 PLS-SEM 模型探讨了城市韧性的影响因素。结果表明:青藏高原地区城市韧性整体水平较低,且区域间韧性水平差异较大,呈现“东部高,中西部低”的分布趋势,但随着时间的演变,2010—2020 年城市韧性水平在缓慢提升;对城市韧性影响因素的分析表明,与生态环境相关的植被覆盖度(NDVI)平均值对青藏高原地区的城市韧性具有明显的正向影响作用,其余影响因素均为负向作用。最后基于对影响因素的研究,从生态环境保护、区域协同发展、产业结构优化、基础设施提升等方面探讨提升城市韧性水平的途径。 - 关键词:
青藏高原地区;城市韧性;时空分异;影响因素;PLS-SEM 模型 - Abstract: Urban resilience assessment is crucial for regional high-quality development and sustainable development, and in recent years, the concept of resilience has been applied more in urban research, and improving urban resilience level has become an important way for high-quality urban development, which is more urgent for the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau region of China. This paper evaluates the urban resilience and spatial and temporal characteristics of 38 prefecture-level cities in the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau region of China from 2010 to 2020 in terms of four dimensions: economic, social, infrastructure and ecological, using the entropy method and spatial analysis, and explores the factors affecting urban resilience using the PLS-SEM model. The results indicates that the overall level of urban toughness in the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau region is low, and the differences in toughness level between regions are large, showing a distribution trend of high in the east and low in the west, but with the evolution of time, the level of urban toughness in 2010-2020 is slowly improving; from the influencing factors of urban toughness, it shows that the average value of ecological-related NDVI has a significant positive effect on the urban toughness of the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau region. The influencing factors of urban toughness show that the average value of NDVI related to ecological environment has obvious positive impact on the urban toughness of the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau region, and the rest of the influencing factors are negative. Based on the influencing factors, the study discusses the ways to improve urban toughness from the aspects of ecological environmental protection, regional cooperative development, industrial structure optimization, and infrastructure enhancement.
