随着智能科技的飞速发展,科技对城市空间规划领域的影响愈发重要,城市的结构与用地功能需随着技术驱动下居民活动的变化而调整,智慧城市视角下的城市规划与城市管理成为规划行业的重点关注内容。对现有智能技术作用于城市空间结构的相关文献的整理、研究有助于把握住未来智慧城市的发展方向,明确相关研究重点,更好地建设智慧中国和智慧城市,助力中国式现代化的腾飞。基于此,文章从城市的空间要素流动、城市功能空间和日常管理运营 3 个方面对当前智能技术对城市空间结构的影响进行梳理,通过城市空间、城市功能空间规划与城市运营 3 个方面探讨并展望未来研究方向,以期为智慧城市视角下的城市空间规划提供文献参考。 - 关键词:
智慧城市;智能技术;城市结构;城市功能空间;城市运营 - Abstract: With the rapid development of intelligent technology, the influence of technology on urban spatial planning is becoming more and more important, the structure and land use function of the city need to be adjusted with the changes in the activities of residents driven by technology, and urban planning and urban management under the perspective of the smart city have become a key concern of the planning industry. By organizing and studying the relevant literature on the role of existing smart technologies in urban spatial structure helps to grasp the direction of the future development of smart cities, clarify the focus of relevant research, and better build a smart China and smart cities to help the take-off of Chinese-style modernization. Based on this, this paper compiles the impact of current smart technologies on urban spatial structure from three aspects: spatial element flow, urban functional space and daily management and operation of the city, and discusses and looks forward to the future research direction through three aspects: urban space, urban functional space planning and urban operation, with a view to providing literature references to urban spatial planning under the perspective of smart cities.
