- 摘要:
加强交通与城市规划不仅有助于优化城市空间布局,还能有效缓解交通拥堵,进而推动城市的经济繁荣与可持续发展。以数字生态为背景,结合必要条件分析(NCA)和模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法探析数字生态视角下 5 大数字因素促进交通与城市规划的多元路径。研究发现:实现良好的交通与城市规划需要综合考虑多个因素,而不仅仅依赖单一条件;促进交通与城市规划有 3 条路径,即数字基础—经济助力型、数字基础—社会助力型、数字赋能—多方助力型;数字基础、数字经济和数字社会对城市的交通与城市规划发挥更为关键的作用。交通与城市规划水平较低的城市可以选择合适的路径,结合城市自身条件,因地施策,有效促进交通与城市规划。 - 关键词:
交通与城市规划;组态;NCA;fsQCA - Abstract: Strengthening transportation and urban planning not only helps to optimize urban spatial layout, but also effectively alleviates traffic congestion, which in turn promotes the economic prosperity and sustainable development of cities. In the context of digital ecology, the study combines the Necessary Condition Analysis (NCA) and fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis (fsQCA) methods to analyze the multifaceted paths of the five digital factors to promote transportation and urban planning in the perspective of digital ecology. It is found that achieving good transportation and urban planning requires comprehensive consideration of multiple factors rather than relying solely on a single condition; there are three paths to promote transportation and urban planning, namely, digital foundation - economically - enabled, digital foundation - socially - enabled, and digital empowerment - multiple - enabled; digital foundation, digital economy and digital society play a more critical role for transportation and urban planning in cities. Cities with a lower level of transportation and urban planning can choose the appropriate path, combine the city’s own conditions, and implement policies according to the local conditions to effectively promote transportation and urban planning.
