在京津冀区域经济合作过程中，政府协调发挥着关键作用。通过政策引导与跨区域协作，政府有效推动了产业升级与转移，促进了生产要素的高效配置，为区域经济高质量发展提供了重要支撑。然而，面对新形势下的发展需求，如何进一步优化政府协调机制，以深化京津冀协同发展，已成为当前研究的核心议题。文章聚焦京津冀区域经济合作中的政府协调作用及其应用路径，首先，从理论层面论证了强化政府协调的必要性；其次，梳理了政府协调在不同发展阶段的表现形式；再次，基于现状分析，探讨了当前政府协调机制的成效与挑战；最后，系统提出了优化政府协调功能的具体策略，以期为京津冀区域经济一体化发展提供政策参考。 - 关键词：
政府协调；京津冀区域；经济合作；作用机制；实践路径 - Abstract: In the process of economic cooperation within the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, government coordination plays a pivotal role. Through policy guidance and cross-regional collaboration, governments have effectively facilitated industrial upgrading and relocation, promoted the efficient allocation of production factors, and provided crucial support for high-quality regional economic development. However, given the evolving development needs under new circumstances, how to further optimize government coordination mechanisms to deepen collaborative development in the region has emerged as a central research focus. This study examines the role of government coordination and its application pathways in the economic cooperation of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. First, it theoretically demonstrates the necessity of strengthening government coordination. Second, it delineates the manifestations of government coordination across diverse developmental stages. Third, through current situation analysis, it explores both achievements and challenges of existing coordination mechanisms. Finally, the study systematically proposes concrete strategies to enhance government coordination functions, aiming to provide policy references for regional economic integration in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
