    基于全球人工不透水面数据集,文章分析了上海市 1985—2020 年不透水面的空间扩张特征及其演变过程,在此基础上探讨了不透水面扩张与城市规划之间的互动关系。研究结果表明,上海市不透水面面积累计增加 2779.42 km2,并呈现从中心扩散到外围飞地再到局部织补的发展阶段,在扩张方向上呈现“南北展开,东部崛起”—“南部延伸,东西协进”的特征;不透水面占用各类非建设用地 1720.39 km2,其中占用耕地面积高达 1641.11 km2。总体而言,增量发展时期,城镇体系规划和交通规划在引导不透水面扩张方面扮演了核心角色;存量发展时期,面对资源环境约束问题和区域协同发展需求,城市更新规划和都市圈规划将在不透水面结构优化和效益提升方面继续发挥重要作用。

  • Abstract: Using a global dataset of artificial impervious surfaces, this paper analyzes the spatial expansion characteristics and evolution of impervious surfaces in Shanghai from 1985 to 2020, and explores the interaction between impervious surface expansion and urban planning. The results indicate that Shanghai’s impervious surface area increased by 2779.42 km², showing development stages from central diffusion to peripheral enclaves and local infill. The expansion direction exhibited a pattern of “north-south expansion with eastern emergence” followed by “southward extension with east-west coordination”.The impervious surface occupied 1720.39 km² of various non-urban land types, of which 1641.11 km² was cultivated land. Overall, during the period of incremental development, urban system planning and transportation planning played central roles in guiding impervious surface expansion; during the period of stock development, in response to resource and environmental constraints and the need for regional coordinated development, urban renewal planning and metropolitan planning continued to play important roles in optimizing impervious surface structure and enhancing efficiency.
