文章利用网络爬虫程序，对上海 2022 年 3 月至 5 月有关新冠疫情的微博内容进行数据爬取，通过词云制作和词频统计、微博文本语义分析以及LDA主题模型等研究方法，梳理与总结出疫情期间民众关注的热点问题，分析上海在突发公共卫生事件应对中的问题与不足，在此基础上以空间、制度、管理、社会和数字 5 个维度的城市韧性框架体系作为研究范式，提出针对上海的城市韧性建设研究策略，以期为我国其他城市韧性建设和发展提供参考和借鉴。 - 关键词：
突发公共卫生事件；韧性城市；微博数据；策略研究；上海 - Abstract: This paper uses the web crawler program to crawl data from the content of Weibo blog related to the COVID-19 pandemic in Shanghai from March to May 2022. Through research methodologies such as word cloud production, word frequency statistics, semantic analysis of Weibo blog text and LDA topic modeling, it sorts out and summarizes the hot issues of public concern during the pandemic, and analyzes the problems and deficiencies in Shanghai’s response to public health emergencies. On this basis, the research adopts an urban resilience framework encompassing five dimensions — spatial, institutional, managerial, social and digital — as its analytical paradigm. Then the research strategy for Shanghai's urban resilience construction is proposed, which can also provide insights and references for the resilience-building and development of other cities in China.
