人工智能(AI)技术的快速发展正推动行业转型,对其应用趋势与进展的深入考察意义重大。为此,文章对 Web of Science(WoS)和中国知网(CNKI)中的核心文献进行系统性分析,探讨了 AI 技术在城市空间研究与规划领域的演进历程、5 类技术类型及 7 类应用场景。随着 AI 技术应用的深入,伦理、技术、数据等方面的挑战也逐渐显现,建议未来研究聚焦 AI 技术的深度融合、模型可解释性提升及规划师角色转变等。 - 关键词:
人工智能;空间研究;空间规划;数据安全 - Abstract: The rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology is driving industry transformation, making an in-depth examination of its application trends and progress highly significant. To this end, this paper conducts a systematic analysis of core literature from the Web of Science (WoS) and China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) databases, exploring the evolution of AI technology in the field of urban spatial research and planning, five categories of technical approaches, and seven types of application scenarios. As AI applications deepen, challenges related to ethics, technology, and data are gradually emerging. Future research is advised to focus on the deep integration of AI technologies, enhancement of model interpretability, and the evolving role of urban planners.
