- 摘要：
在全域数字化转型与城市更新行动的双重战略驱动下，城市“数字更新”成为重塑城市发展逻辑的核心议题。文章界定了城市“数字更新”的内涵特征，提出其本质是通过数据驱动实现城市系统“物质—能量—信息”的协同进化，形成“人—技—境”共生的城市生命体。研究基于三维结构框架（城市维、更新维、数字维），解析技术基础设施迭代、空间生产范式转型、社会治理模式重构等关键议题，并从总体、片区、单元、地块 4 个层级提出立体化规划策略，包括顶层设计、协同治理、精准服务与智能运营等方向。研究旨在为数字化时代的城市更新可持续实施模式构建提供理论创新与实践路径，助力打造更具韧性、包容性与创造力的“数字文明城市”。 - 关键词：
数字化；城市“数字更新”；内涵；议题；规划策略 - Abstract: Under the dual strategic drivers of global digital transformation and urban renewal, urban “digital renewal” has emerged as a core issue in reshaping the logic of urban development. The article defines the intrinsic characteristics of urban “digital renewal”, proposing that its essence lies in achieving the collaborative evolution of urban systems’ “material-energy-information” through data-driven approaches, forming a symbiotic urban life system of “human-technology-environment”. Based on a three-dimensional structural framework (urban dimension, renewal dimension, digital dimension), the study analyzes key issues such as the iteration of technical infrastructure, the transformation of spatial production paradigms, and the restructuring of social governance models. It proposes a multi-level planning strategy across four scales — city-wide, district, unit, and plot — encompassing directions such as top-level design, collaborative governance, precise services, and intelligent operations. The research aims to provide theoretical innovation and practical pathways for the sustainable implementation model of urban renewal in the digital era, contributing to the creation of more resilient, inclusive, and creative “digital civilization cities”.
