社区养老设施空间是老年人日常生活的重要场所，其布局直接影响老年人生活质量。针对以往研究中忽略老人个体差异、与社区实际结合不足的问题，文章以天津市望海楼、鸿顺里街道为例，运用最近设施点和两步移动搜索法分别对 5 分钟、15 分钟生活圈养老设施可达性进行评价，揭示了设施空间配置不充分、不均衡的现状问题及原因。依据评价结果，结合生活圈居住区范围划分及社区空间形态微更新，运用位置分配模型完成布局优化，精准补足设施短板。 - 关键词：
社区养老设施；生活圈；可达性；布局优化 - Abstract: Community aged-care facilities are important places for the daily life of the elderly, and their spatial layout directly affects the quality of their aged-care life. Aiming at the problems of ignoring the individual differences of the elderly and insufficient integration with the actual situation of the community in previous studies, the accessibility of the elderly facilities in the 5-min and 15-min living circle was evaluated by using the nearest facility point and the two-step mobile search method, respectively, taking the streets of Wanghailou and Hongshunli in Tianjin as examples. It reveals the current problems and causes of inadequate and uneven allocation of facility space. Based on the evaluation results, the layout optimisation is completed by using the location allocation model in conjunction with the scope division of the living area in the living circle and the micro-update of the community spatial pattern, so as to accurately make up for the shortcomings in the construction of the facilities.
