- 摘要：
城市化和人口增长提升了城市对历史街区步行环境优化的需求。文章以济南百花洲的3 条街道为例，基于 MS-DeepLabV3+模型进行街景图像分割，综合构建历史街区步行环境评价指标体系，评估其步行舒适度，并运用 SHAP 分析总结步行舒适度的影响因素。研究发现，基地存在步行舒适度整体偏低、人车冲突频繁、绿视率低、建筑破坏步行系统等问题。文章对历史街区的步行环境建立新的评价指标和研究体系，并提出了促进历史街区步行系统可持续发展的优化措施。 - 关键词：
街景影像；MS-DeepLabV3+模型；语义分割；步行舒适度 - Abstract: Urbanization and population growth have increased the demand for optimizing the pedestrian environment in historic districts. Taking three streets in Baihuazhou, Jinan as examples, this paper conducts streetscape image segmentation based on the MS-DeepLabV3+ model. It comprehensively establishes an evaluation index system for the pedestrian environment in historic districts to assess walking comfort and uses SHAP analysis to summarize the influencing factors of walking comfort. The study found that the site has issues such as overall low walking comfort, frequent conflicts between pedestrians and vehicles, low green view index, and buildings disrupting the pedestrian system. The article establishes a new evaluation index and research system for the pedestrian environment of historic districts and proposes optimization measures to promote the sustainable development of pedestrian systems in historic districts.
