在新型城镇化与城市更新行动的双重驱动下,工业遗存改造如何协同教育空间转型成为城市高质量发展的重要命题。文章基于共生理论,探究工业遗存与校园空间的创新性共生路径,梳理存量校园空间与工业遗存空间等共生单元的共生模式与共生界面,系统构建工业遗存校园化更新框架。基于校园内部系统共生及外部城校共生的目标,提出“功能—空间协同共生、环境织补共生、文化融创共生、城校互动共生”4 个维度的工业遗存校园化更新策略,并剖析扬州中江机床厂校园化更新实践,以期为工业遗存校园化更新提供借鉴。 - 关键词:
共生理论;工业遗存;校园化改造;设计策略 - Abstract: Under the dual drive of new urbanization and urban renewal actions, how to coordinate the transformation of industrial heritage and educational space has become an important issue for promoting high-quality urban development. Based on symbiosis theory, this article explores the innovative symbiotic paths between industrial heritage and campus space, sorts out the symbiotic modes and symbiotic interfaces of symbiotic units such as existing campus space and industrial heritage space, and systematically constructs a framework for the campus-oriented renewal of industrial heritage. Based on the goals of internal campus system symbiosis and external city-campus symbiosis, it proposes four dimensions of renewal strategies for the campus-oriented transformation of industrial heritage, “functional-spatial synergistic symbiosis, environmental patching symbiosis, cultural integration and innovation symbiosis, and city-campus interactive symbiosis”. Furthermore, it analyzes the practical case of the campus-oriented renewal of the Yangzhou Zhongjiang Machine Tool Plant, in order to provide reference for the campus-oriented renewal of industrial heritage.
