目前针对国土空间开发保护格局的研究相对宏观，难以实现国土空间开发保护由斑块状的脆性结构向网络化的稳态结构转变。文章剖析了国土空间与“三生”系统的动态关系，对湖南省长株潭地区生产、生活与生态子系统进行空间网络特征分析和冲突点识别，提出了基于“三生”系统动态耦合的国土空间开发保护格局优化方法，并探索与国土空间规划的融合模式，从而为国土空间开发保护新格局的构建提供有效建议。 - 关键词：
国土空间开发保护格局；国土空间规划；“三生”系统；动态耦合 - Abstract: At present, research on the development-protection pattern of territorial space is relatively macro in nature, making it difficult to realize the transformation of territorial spatial development and protection from a patchy fragile structure to a networked steady-state structure. This article analyzes the dynamic relationship between territorial space and the “production-living-ecological” (PLE) system, conducts spatial network characteristic analysis and conflict point identification for the production, living, and ecological subsystems in the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan region of Hunan province, proposes an optimization method for the territorial spatial development-protection pattern based on the dynamic coupling of the PLE system, and explores integration models with territorial spatial planning, thereby providing effective suggestions for the construction of a new pattern of territorial spatial development and protection.
