在教育科技人才一体化发展背景下，推动地方应用型高校与区域经济协同发展是高质量发展的必然要求。文章在探讨地方应用型高校对区域经济发展影响的基础上，以2011—2023 年中国 31 个省区市（未纳入港澳台地区）的地方应用型高校面板数据为研究样本，进行实证分析。结果显示：地方应用型高校的科技活动对区域经济发展有促进作用；在高校深化改革背景下，高校教育分类政策的实施能提升地方应用型高校科技活动对区域经济的贡献。据此，应进一步优化高校分类管理政策供给，提升产教融合水平，提高知识成果转化效能。 - 关键词：
地方应用型高校；区域经济；高校分类政策；产教融合 - Abstract: Against the backdrop of integrated development of in education, science and technology, and talent cultivation, promoting the synergistic development of local application-oriented universities and the regional economy is an essential requirement for high-quality development. Building on an exploration of the impact of local application-oriented universities on regional economic development, this paper conducts an empirical analysis using panel data from local application-oriented universities in 31 Chinese provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the central government (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan regions) from 2011 to 2023. The results show that: (1) The scientific and technological activities of local application-oriented universities promote regional economic development; (2) Against the backdrop of deepening university reforms, the implementation of university classification policies can enhance the contribution of scientific and technological activities in local application-oriented universities to the regional economy. Accordingly, we propose to further optimize the supply of university classification management policies, deepen industry-education integration, and improve the efficiency of knowledge and technology transfer.
