    城市公共交通具有大容量、高集约、环保性的优势,较之于非公共交通出行,其人均能耗极低,因此,在提高城市整体交通韧性水平中,公共交通出行更具优势,公共交通出行人数占比与城市交通韧性水平息息相关。文章对上海市居民出行特征进行广泛调查,对居民在公共交通中出现接驳、绕行与换乘情况时,仍选择公共交通出行的意愿阈值进行统计。将全部出行模式分为主动公共交通模式、易替代非公共交通模式、被动公共交通模式和不易替代非公共交通模式。通过拟合其阈值与各类出行模式占比之间的关系曲线,建立相应的城市公共交通韧性的评估体系,最后根据拟合结果发掘曲线中的拐点,并据此分析城市的整体公共交通韧性水平,以及城市内各区域的公共交通韧性情况。

  • Abstract: Urban public transportation has the advantages of high capacity, efficiency, and environmental sustainability, resulting in significantly lower per capita energy consumption compared to non-public transportation. Therefore, public transportation is more advantageous in enhancing the overall resilience of urban traffic systems, and the proportion of public transport users is closely related to the level of urban traffic resilience. Through an extensive survey on the travel characteristics of Shanghai residents, the willingness threshold of residents to choose public transportation in the face of the phenomenon of connecting, detouring and transferring in public transportation was counted. All the travel modes are classified into four modes: active public transportation mode, easy to replace non-public transportation mode, passive public transportation mode and not easy to replace non-public transportation mode. By fitting the relationship curves between the thresholds and the proportion of each type of travel mode, the corresponding evaluation system of urban public transportation resilience is established, and finally the inflection points in the curves are explored according to the fitting results, and accordingly, the overall public transportation resilience level of the city and the resilience of public transportation in each region of the city are analyzed.
