- 摘要：
数智时代，我国城市红色文化安全建设正从“物理空间保护”向“数字与物理双空间治理”拓展。大数据、人工智能和区块链等数智技术在积极赋能城市红色文化资源保护、精神传播创新以及情感认同培育的同时，也引发了传承载体迭代、传播生态重构以及安全威胁复杂化的三重变革。通过审视当前建设现状中的既有成就与现实困境，我国亟须立足技术制度、场景叙事、产业生态 3 个维度，从保护体系、传承模式以及协同发展格局等层面对具体工作展开路径探索，通过核心技术自主创新、统一数据标准构建和红色精神内核的时代化解读，真正实现技术赋能与价值引领的辩证统一，从而筑牢城市红色文化安全防线，为维护总体国家文化安全提供有力支撑。 - 关键词：
数智技术；城市红色文化；文化安全建设；红色精神培育 - Abstract: In the digital-intelligent era, the construction path of urban red cultural security in China is expanding from “physical space protection” to “integrated governance of both physical and digital spaces”. While digital-intelligent technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, and blockchain have actively empowered the protection of urban red cultural resources, innovation in spiritual communication, and cultivation of emotional identity, they have also triggered a threefold transformation: the iteration of inheritance carriers, the restructuring of communication ecology, and the complication of security threats. This paper argues that, by examining the existing achievements and practical dilemmas in the current construction, China must pursue a tripartite strategyfocusing on technological systems, scenario narration, and industrial ecology. This involves developing pathways for institutional protection,, inheritance models, and coordinated development patterns. Achieving this requires independent innovation of core technologies, establishing unified data standards, and contemporizing the interpretation of the core connotation of red spirit. Such an approach aims to realize the dialectical unity of technological empowerment and value guidance, thereby fortifying a solid defense line for urban red cultural security and providing strong support for safeguarding overall national cultural security.
