随着街区建设转向以精细化治理为导向的街道空间品质提升，基于客观环境要素与主观个体感知的实证分析方法逐渐被应用于街道空间研究，但容易忽略街道本身的性格意象和美学意义。文章基于更为整体的城市设计品质分析方法，以上海衡复历史街区为例，辨析历史街道空间形态特征对城市设计品质感知的影响，通过历史地段街景空间形态指标的测度与数理统计模型的构建，探讨公众感知导向的城市设计品质的内容构成、形态要素及影响机理。结果表明，公众对于历史街道城市设计品质的评价来自不同维度的特征品质感知的叠加与重组，不同特征品质与形态要素的影响效应差异显著。研究成果可为历史街道的动态化保护与精细化治理提供更有效的策略指引。 - 关键词：
城市设计品质；街道空间形态；公众感知；衡复历史街区 - Abstract: As the block construction turns to the improvement of street space quality guided by fine governance, the empirical analysis method based on objective environmental elements and subjective individual perception is gradually applied to the study of street space. However, it is easy to ignore the character image and aesthetic significance of the street itself using this method. Based on a more holistic and comprehensive analysis method of urban design quality, this study takes Hengfu historic district in Shanghai as an example to analyze the influence of spatial morphological characteristics of historic streets on the perception of urban design quality. Through the construction of statistical models, this study explored the feature qualities, spatial morphological elements, and their correspondence from the public perception perspective. The results show that the public evaluation of the urban design quality of historical streets comes from the superposition and reorganization of various perceptions of feature qualities. Additionally, the effects of spatial morphological elements on different feature qualities are significantly different. The research results can provide more effective strategic guidance for the dynamic protection and fine management of historic streets.
