产教融合为地方高校建筑类专业人才培养指明了新的方向,对此,地方高校建筑类专业应积极主动迎接挑战,深度推进教育改革。文章在分析新时代高等教育改革问题的基础上,基于产教融合理念,提出了教育改革的新思路,构建了“四方共建 + 四阶循升 + 四元共育 + 四维协同”的产教育能人才培养模式,从基质生态环境构建、重构教学体系、完善师资队伍、搭建支撑平台等角度为培养创新型应用设计人才创造条件保障,进而提出实施提升策略。研究希望能够为地方高校建筑类专业人才培养的改革和发展提供有价值的思路与方案。 - 关键词:
产教融合;地方高校;建筑类专业;人才培养改革 - Abstract: Industry-education integration provides new directions for talent cultivation in architectural disciplines at local universities. In response, these disciplines should proactively embrace challenges and deeply advance educational reforms. Based on an analysis of higher education reform issues in the New Era, and guided by the concept of industry-education integration, this paper proposes new ideas for educational reform. It constructs a talent cultivation model characterized by “four-party co-construction + four-stage cyclic advancement + four-element co-cultivation + four-dimensional collaboration”. This model aims to foster innovative applied design talents by creating conditions for development, such as building an ecological environment, reconstructing the teaching system, improving the faculty team, and establishing support platforms. Additionally, it proposes implementation strategies for enhancement. The research aims to provide valuable insights and solutions for the reform and development of talent cultivation in architectural disciplines at local universities.
