- 摘要：
模拟仿真技术支持“假设分析”为解决城市问题提供了新思路，文章从城市规划学科的视角梳理了仿真模型的类型、关键技术工具、典型应用场景和国内外仿真实践典型案例。研究发现，学者常借助数学模型、计算机和人工智能对城市展开宏观、中观和微观尺度的模拟，并将仿真技术主要应用于土地空间扩张、交通规划管理、人群迁移动态、服务设施布局以及旧城更新保护模拟等方面。国内外仿真实践案例在仿真动态推演、多情景测试等方面展现出优势，但也面临泛化能力不足、跨尺度数据融合瓶颈等挑战。 - 关键词：
模拟技术分类；仿真工具；场景应用；仿真实践 - Abstract: Simulation technology, by supporting “What-If Analysis”, offers new perspectives for addressing urban challenges. From the standpoint of urban planning, this paper reviews the types of simulation models, key technical tools, typical application scenarios, and representative simulation practices worldwide. The study finds that researchers often use mathematical models, computer simulations, and artificial intelligence-based approaches to conduct urban simulations at macro, meso, and micro scales. Simulation techniques are primarily applied in areas such as land use expansion, transportation planning and management, population migration dynamics, service facility allocation, and urban renewal and heritage preservation. While simulation practices worldwide demonstrate strengths such as dynamic scenario exploration and multi-scenario testing, they also face challenges such as limited generalizability and bottlenecks in cross-scale data integration.
