    城市高质量发展(UHD)与生态环境质量(EEQ)的协同发展研究是人文地理学核心议题之一。文章以 276 个地级市为研究对象,构建了包含 32 项指标的城市高质量发展综合评价体系,并借鉴压力—状态—响应(PSR)模型建立了生态环境质量评价指标体系。采用熵权法测度 UHD 与 EEQ 水平,运用耦合协调度模型评估两个系统间的耦合协调关系,并借助地理探测器方法识别影响因子间的交互类型与作用强度。结果表明:①我国城市 UHD-EEQ 系统呈现“高耦合—低协调”特征。耦合度均值达 0.88,但近 40% 的城市处于濒临失调状态(D<0.5),显示经济转型与生态治理之间存在矛盾。② UHD-EEQ 之间的交互作用显著高于系统内部,且呈非线性增强特征。③社会网络分析表明,UHD 与 EEQ 之间形成双向嵌套结构,生态环境压力处在网络结构的核心位置,暗示局部变化可能引发整体“涌现现象”。本研究揭示了UHD 与 EEQ 的协同机制,为我国城市可持续与高质量发展提供了科学依据。

  • Abstract: The study of the coordinated development of urban high-quality development (UHD) and ecological environment quality (EEQ) is one of the core topics in human geography. This paper takes 276 prefecture-level cities in China as the research objects, constructs a comprehensive evaluation system for urban high-quality development with 32 indicators, and establishes an EEQ evaluation system based on the pressure-state-response (PSR) model. The entropy weight method is used to measure the levels of UHD and EEQ, and the coupling coordination degree model is employed to assess the coupling and coordination relationship between the two systems. Additionally, the geographical detector method is used to identify the interaction types and intensity of infl uencing factors. The results show that: ① The UHD-EEQ system of Chinese cities is characterized by “high coupling-low coordination”. The average coupling degree is 0.88, but nearly 40% of cities are in a near-disorder state (D<0.5), indicating a structural contradiction between economic transformation and ecological governance; ② The interaction between UHD and EEQ is signifi cantly higher than within each system and exhibits a nonlinear enhancement pattern; ③ Social network analysis shows that a bidirectional nested structure forms between UHD and EEQ, with ecological environmental pressure positioned at the core of the network, suggesting that local changes may trigger overall “emergent phenomena”. This study reveals the synergistic mechanism between UHD and EEQ, providing scientifi c evidence for sustainable and high-quality urban development in China.
