- 摘要：
社区作为城市的基本单元，其宜居性已成为衡量城市发展水平的重要指标。随着人们对美好生活的追求，对居住环境的要求也日益提高，赋予城市宜居性新的时代内涵。智慧城市的发展改变了生活方式，为提升社区宜居性提供了新的思路和技术支持。文章针对国家提出的“打造宜居、韧性、智慧城市”重大决策，从智慧城市视角出发对宜居性内涵进行了辨析，在此基础上，遵循“以人为本”等原则，构建符合新时代背景的宜居性评价指标体系，并以南京市为例，融合问卷调查、地理空间与社会经济属性等主客观数据，对社区总体宜居性及其类型分析进行了评价，为智慧宜居社区建设提供科学的理论依据和实践指导，旨在推动社区治理模式的创新，促进社区资源的优化配置，提升居民的生活质量和幸福感，为智慧宜居城市的可持续发展贡献力量。 - 关键词：
宜居社区；宜居性评价；评价指标体系；智慧城市；南京 - Abstract: As the fundamental unit of cities, community livability has become a crucial indicator for measuring urban development. With the growing public pursuit of better living standards, demands for residential environments have intensified, endowing urban livability with new contemporary connotations. The development of smart cities has transformed lifestyles and provided innovative approaches and technological support for enhancing community livability. In response to China’s national strategy of “building livable, resilient, and smart cities”, this study re-examines the essence of livability through a smart city lens. Guided by the “people-oriented” principle, we construct a livability evaluation index system tailored to the new era context. Taking Nanjing as a case study, we integrate both subjective data (questionnaire surveys) and objective data (geospatial and socio-economic attributes) to assess overall community livability and classify community types. This research provides scientific theoretical foundations and practical guidance for building smart livable communities, aiming to innovate governance models, optimize resource allocation, improve residents’ quality of life and well-being, and contribute to the sustainable development of smart livable cities.
