智能建造是建筑行业数字化转型的必然趋势与重要引擎。文章选取 24 个智能建造试点城市实施方案相关政策文件作为研究样本进行文本数据挖掘,从政策任务、目标、工具等外部特征进行量化及质性分析;利用 CiteSpace 展开关键词共现、聚类等主题特征分析及可视化图谱深入解读,多维度识别了 24 个智能建造试点城市政策导向的研究热点与发展重点;深入揭示政策体系中同质性特征和区域差异,并给出智能建造现有政策体系的挑战与建议,为国内各城市在智能建造发展乃至建筑业数字化转型与价值共创中提供了政策参考与协同路径。 - 关键词:
智能建造政策体系;文本数据挖掘;质性分析;CiteSpace;科学计量学 - Abstract: Intelligent construction is an inevitable trend and an important driving force for the digital transformation of the construction industry. This study selects policy documents related to the implementation plans of 24 intelligent construction pilot cities as research samples and conducts text data mining. Quantitative and qualitative analyses are carried out on external features such as policy tasks, objectives, and instruments. CiteSpace is employed to perform keyword co-occurrence and clustering analyses, as well as thematic feature analysis and visualization mapping, to provide in-depth interpretation and to identify, from multiple dimensions, the research hotspots and development priorities reflected in the policy orientations of the 24 pilot cities. The study further reveals homogeneous characteristics and regional differences within the policy system, and proposes challenges and recommendations for the current intelligent construction policy framework, providing policy references and collaborative pathways for cities across China in advancing intelligent construction, as well as the digital transformation and value co-creation of the construction industry.
