随着养老群体的扩大和养老需求的转变，居家养老产业亟待升级转型。文章旨在为居家养老产业的升级与发展提供新的思路，通过梳理基于科技与金融创新催生的新质生产力在居家养老产业中的应用价值，并进一步探讨两者结合对新型居家养老产业升级的贡献，从技术落地角度讨论其实现的障碍制约。研究发现，在养老产业升级的浪潮中，金融财务的专业思维将成为关键支撑，掌握元宇宙与金融化元素的复合型人才将成为产业发展的核心力量。 - 关键词：
居家养老；新质生产力；“元宇宙养老”；养老金融 - Abstract: With the expansion of the elderly population and the transformation of elderly care needs, the home-based elderly care industry urgently requires upgrading and transformation. This article aims to provide new approaches for the upgrading and development of the home-based elderly care industry by reviewing the application value of new quality productive forces generated by technological and financial innovation in this sector, and further exploring the contribution of their combination to the upgrading of a new model of home-based elderly care, while discussing the constraints and obstacles to implementation from the perspective of technological deployment. The study finds that in the wave of elderly care industry upgrading, professional financial thinking will become a key support, and interdisciplinary talents who master both metaverse and financialization elements will become the core driving force of industry development.
