文章全面考察北京市域 22 个散工市场，结合一手田野调研材料，解析散工市场的空间格局、组织模式和运行机制。研究认为，空间格局上，市场需求与劳动力供给是市场形成的关键因素；组织模式上，从管理主体维度可将市场分为政府培植型和市场自发型，从产生逻辑维度分为功能主导型、交通导向型、生活导向型和历史惯性型；运行机制上，散工的工作周期包括进入、交易、维权和退出 4 个主要阶段。研究可为政府优化布局和有效监管市场提供政策思路。 - 关键词：
散工市场；空间格局；组织模式；运行机制；北京市 - Abstract: This study comprehensively examines 22 casual labor markets across Beijing and, based on first-hand field research data, analyzes their spatial patterns, organizational models, and operational mechanisms. The study finds that, in terms of spatial patterns, market demand and labor supply are the key factors in market formation. Regarding organizational models, markets can be classified into government-cultivated and market-spontaneous types from the perspective of managing entities, and into function-driven, transportation-oriented, livelihood-oriented, and path-dependent types from the perspective of formation logic. In terms of operational mechanisms, the work cycle of casual laborers includes four main stages: entry, transaction, rights protection, and exit. The study provides policy insights for government optimization of market layout and effective regulation.
