文章通过解析人群活力的时间波动特征以及空间布局特征，结合杭州 10 类主要业态的 POI 数据以及百度热力数据，对杭州 17 个居住型功能片区进行活力与业态关系的探究。通过业态密度、业态构成以及业态布局对活力特征进行解析，总结购物高密度占比模式等对活力时间波动的影响，以及业态功能性质差异等对活力空间布局的影响。基于以上活力与业态的关系特征，提出对于居住型功能片区相应的规划策略。 - 关键词：
居住片区；活力；业态 - Abstract: This paper explores the relationship between vitality and business formats in 17 residential functional districts of Hangzhou by analyzing the temporal fluctuation characteristics and spatial distribution characteristics of urban crowd vitality, in combination with POI data of 10 major business formats and Baidu heat map data in Hangzhou. It interprets the vitality characteristics from the perspectives of business format density, composition and spatial layout, summarizes the impacts of patterns such as the high-density proportion of shopping-oriented business formats on the temporal fluctuation of vitality, as well as the effects of differences in the functional attributes of business formats on the spatial distribution of vitality. Based on the above characteristics of the relationship between vitality and business formats, corresponding planning strategies for residential functional districts are proposed.
