山地校园公交服务优化对提升师生出行效率至关重要，传统平原公交评价方法难以适
应山地环境。文章提出基于 SEM-C 模型的山地公交服务质量评估框架，并选取重庆
3 所典型山地高校进行实证研究。结果表明：（1）站点分布未能有效覆盖高需求区域；
（2）坡度较大区域步行接驳效率低；（3）候车区信息与设施匮乏；（4）高峰时段
调度灵活性差；（5）山地道路和交通波动影响正点率。该评估模型还可推广至其他
复杂地形区域的公交服务评估。 - 关键词：
山地高校；公交站域；服务质量评估 - Abstract: Optimizing campus bus services in mountainous university settings is of great importance for improving travel efficiency for students and faculty. Conventional bus service evaluation methods developed for flat terrain are difficult to apply effectively in mountainous environments. This paper proposes a mountainous bus service quality evaluation framework based on the SEM-C model and applies it to an empirical study of three representative mountainous universities in Chongqing. The results show that: (1) bus stop distribution fails to effectively cover areas with high travel demand; (2) walking transfer efficiency is low in areas with steep slopes; (3) passenger information and waiting facilities at bus stops are insufficient; (4) dispatching lacks flexibility during peak hours; and (5) mountainous road conditions and traffic fluctuations adversely affect service punctuality. The proposed evaluation model can also be extended to the assessment of bus services in other areas with complex terrain.
