创新型城市建设对新质生产力发展具有重要意义。文章基于 2009—2021 年我国 280个城市的面板数据，运用多时点双重差分法探讨创新型城市政策对新质生产力水平的影响机制。研究发现，创新型城市试点政策会显著提升新质生产力水平；创新政策在影响城市新质生产力的过程中，产业结构高级化发挥“中介效应”的作用；创新政策对新质生产力的驱动效应存在异质性。经稳健性检验后，结论仍成立。最后从创新产业用地、产城融合等方面对创新型城市建设提出建议。 - 关键词：
创新型城市；新质生产力；多时点双重差分法 - Abstract: The construction of innovative cities is of great significance to the development of new quality productive forces. Based on the panel data of 280 Chinese cities from 2009 to 2021, this paper employs the multi-time period difference-in-differences method to explore the mechanisms through which innovative urban policies influence new quality productivity. The results show that the pilot policy of innovative cities will significantly improve the productivity of new quality. In the process of influencing the new quality productivity of cities, the industrial structure upgrading serves as a mediating factor. There is heterogeneity in the driving effect of innovation policies on new productivity. These conclusions hold after a series of robustness check. Finally, the paper concludes with policy recommendations regarding innovative industrial land use and industry-city integration.
