文章以 2017—2021 年陕西省 69 个县为研究对象，利用回归模型实证检验土地集约利用对县域经济发展的影响机制。研究发现：（1）2017—2021 年陕西省县域土地集约利用水平呈上升趋势。（2）土地集约利用对县域经济发展具有显著正向影响，且该影响随时间推移而逐步增强。（3）新型城镇化在土地集约利用对县域经济发展的影响过程中具有显著中介效应，是土地集约利用经济影响的核心机制。（4）在人口规模、用地规模的约束下，土地集约利用对县域经济发展表现为非线性影响，具有显著的门槛特征。（5）异质性分析结果表明，土地集约利用显著促进了关中地区县域经济发展，而这一作用在陕北、陕南两个地区没有通过显著性检验。 - 关键词：
土地集约利用；县域经济；新型城镇化；中介效应；门槛效应 - Abstract: Taking 69 counties in Shaanxi province from 2017 to 2021 as the research objects, this article employs regression models to empirically test the impact mechanism of land-use intensification on county-level economic development. The results show that: (1) from 2017 to 2021, the level of land-use intensification in counties of Shaanxi province exhibited an increasing trend, and a “core–periphery” spatial pattern was evident; (2) land-use intensification has a significantly positive effect on county-level economic development, and this effect gradually strengthens over time; (3) new urbanization has a significant mediating effect in the process through which land-use intensification affects county-level economic development, and it is the core mechanism of the economic impact of land-use intensification; (4) under the constraints of population size and land-use scale, the effect of land-use intensification on county-level economic development is nonlinear and exhibits significant threshold characteristics; and (5) the results of heterogeneity analysis show that land-use intensification significantly promotes county-level economic development in the Guanzhong region, whereas this effect does not pass the significance test in northern and southern Shaanxi.
