文章以南京地区高校为研究对象，从“条块关系”与空间治理两个维度展开分析，在梳理多校区办学形成背景和理论依据的基础上，考察南京高校多校区办学的生成逻辑、条块结构与空间格局，发现南京地区多校区办学存在着资源配置碎片化、空间互动不足、权责边界模糊、信息支撑分散等现实问题。基于此，从资源统筹共享、空间联系强化、校地责任分工和信息共享机制完善等方面提出校城协同的治理思路，以期为构建大学与城市共生共育的双向促进体系提供参考。 - 关键词：
多校区办学；条块关系；空间治理 - Abstract: Taking universities in Nanjing as the research object, this paper analyzes the two dimensions of the “vertical and horizontal relationship” and spatial governance. Based on a review of the background and theoretical foundations of multi-campus operation, it examines the formation logic, vertical-horizontal relationship structure, and spatial pattern of multi-campus universities in Nanjing. There are some practical problems in multi-campus operation in Nanjing universities, such as fragmentation of resource allocation, insufficient spatial interaction, blurred boundaries of power and responsibility, and scattered information support. Therefore, this paper proposes a governance approach of university-city collaboration, including coordinaled resource sharing, strengthening spatial connections, division of responsibilities between universities and local governments, and improving information sharing mechanisms, so as to provide a reference for building a two-way promotion system for symbiosis and mutual cultivation between universities and cities.
