破除跨市行政壁垒、搭建高效协同的跨市产业网络,是推动都市圈同城化高质量发展的核心抓手。文章以武(武汉)鄂(鄂州)城镇跨界地区为例,基于企业投资关联数据,运用社会网络分析与 QAP 多元回归分析方法,揭示跨市产业网络的结构特征与影响因素。研究发现:产业网络具有无标度性与地域根植性;节点中心度空间分异明显,呈现“武汉强、鄂州弱”及“北强南弱”的格局特点;各产业片区功能异质性明显,板块间存在协同与反馈效应,光谷片区与红莲湖片区是网络关联的主引擎,对其他板块辐射带动作用突出。企业邻近性、政策统一性、制造业成链性、道路连通性是影响网络关联的关键因素,基于此,从深化企业关联、均衡产业布局、强化交通韧性、优化宏观政策 4 个方面提出优化策略。 - 关键词:
跨市产业网络;网络特征;影响因素;空间优化策略;城镇跨界地区 - Abstract: Breaking cross-municipal administrative barriers and building an efficient and collaborative cross-municipal industrial network is the core approach to promote high-quality cohesive metropolitan integration. Taking the cross-boundary area of Wuhan and Ezhou as the research case, this paper adopts social network analysis and QAP multiple regression. Using corporate investment linkage data, it explores the structural characteristics and infl uencing factors of industrial networks. The results indicate that the studied industrial network features scale-free properties and strong regional embeddedness. Node centrality presents obvious spatial differentiation, forming a pattern of “stronger development in Wuhan yet weaker in Ezhou” and “robust north and lagging south”. Industrial zones differ substantially in functions, and notable synergistic and feedback effects exist among different sectors. Specifically, Guanggu and Honglianhu areas act as core engines of network connection with prominent radiating and driving effects on other sectors. Enterprise proximity, policy consistency, the degree of manufacturing chains formation and road connectivity are the core factors affecting network linkages. Accordingly, this paper puts forward spatial optimization strategies from four perspectives: deepening corporate connections, rationalizing industrial layout, improving transportation resilience and optimizing macro-level policies.
