本文在总结上海创意园区发展状况的基础上，讨论了创意园区与所在城镇区域发展的关系，以M50 ?半岛 1919 创意园的工业遗产保护和概念发展规划为例，分析园区所在城镇的各发展要素，提出创意园的核心园区、拓展轴带和外围城镇区三个发展层次的空间、文化、经济和政策要素相对接的思路，并通过整合具体要素之间的内在关系，对创意园的发展作出发展定位、产业策略和空间布局建议，藉此构建园区和城区的联动发展机制。 - 关键词：
创意园；发展对接；联动发展； - Abstract: Based on the summary of creat ive industrial parks in Shanghai, this paper analyses the relationship between creative industrial parks’and regional development by taking the protection and conceptual development plan on M50 ? peninsula 1919 Creative Industrial Park as the sample.It focuses on the development elements in surrounding areas, puts forward the concept of a three-level development joint from the core park zone, the expansion axes space and the ambient urban area on urban space, cultural, economic and policy factors, and gives proposal on localization, industry strategy and spatial distribution. Thus we can construct a linkage-development mechanism of park zone and urban area.
