文章简要介绍了深圳城市化演变进程及城市化转地的相关背景，在分析比较征地和转地的异同上阐述了城市化转地的要义。进而剖析当前各界人士对深圳城市化转地的是非之争，并提出了独特的看法。 - 关键词：
城市化；转地；和谐过渡； - Abstract: The article briefly introduces the process of urbanization in Shenzhen and relevant backgrounds of transfer of the land. Based on the comparison of land acquisition and transfer of land, the paper explaines the intention of transfer of the land. At last, the author brings up the view on transfer of the land of the urbanization.
