- 摘要：
随着城市化的发展，不可避免地会产生大批失地农民。农民失地本身并不可怕，可怕的是由此暴露或带来了一系列有损失地农民权益的问题。城市化过程中由于征地而产生的失地农民问题的解决不是一蹴而就的，在我国西部地区更是如此，由于西部具有自身的特殊性，因而失地农民问题的解决是一个系统工程，文章分析了西部地区的特点及失地农民权益受损的原因，进而提出了一些对策建议。 - 关键词：
西部；城市化；失地农民；权益问题；对策； - Abstract: With the development of urbanization, it抯 inevitable to bring plenty of expropriated peasants. It抯 not terrible that peasants are expropriated their land, but it’s awful what harms the peasants?rights and interests during urbanization. It抯 a long process to resolve these problems, especially in west China. The paper analyzes west China抍haracteristic and the cause of rights and interests of expropriated peasants being harmed and puts forward some measures.
