城市结构和功能的变化导致城市景观发生改变，而城市景观的改变又可反过来影响一个城市的功能与服务。持久的高速城市化，导致城市无论是外部还是内部的空间环境都处在前所未有的巨变之中，机遇和风险并存。经常性地对城市景观做不同类型和专题的回顾，乃至综合评价均是十分具有建设性的。从中能大量总结关于城市景观变迁与城市功能服务之间的互动关系，吸取和归纳当中宝贵的经验教训，有利于更好地建设我们的城市家园。为帮助城市景观分析，本文提出了一个城市景观综合评价框架。如何振兴老城区而不进一步损害其城市风貌，同时营造宜居的新城区来满足定居城市人口客观上高速增长的需要，是许多中国城市必须长期应对的两大挑战。广州的例子具有一定的启发性。 - 关键词：
城市景；城市景观分析；城市设计；广州； - Abstract: Variations of urban structures and functions alter landscapes, and the cityscape changes in turn also significantly modify urban functions/ services. The continuing rapid urbanization has been causing radical changes to both inside and outside spaces of Chinese cities. Frequently reviewing of townscape changes from comprehensive or specific view, is crucial and constructive to study the interactions behind, from which great inferences could be extracted for better planning and constructions of people抯 hometowns. A comprehensive townscape evaluation framework, which has potential and wide applicability is also established. To revitalize old towns but not further undermined their traditional characteristics and create livable areas to fulfill the explosively increasing civic populations are the two main intricate tasks many Chinese cities have to simultaneously cope with for a long time. Much can be learned from Guangzhou抯 example.
