本文较为全面的阐述了长沙市CBD的区位选址研究方法与结论；并结合长沙的实际情况，通过定性与定量相结合的手段，以及充分的比较分析和论证，指出长沙未来CBD的建设应理性的立足于现状传统的城市中心区，在充分依托城市现有资源的基础上来加强和完善CBD所需的各种城市功能用地和基础设施的建设。 - 关键词：
CBD；长沙市；区位选择；范围界定； - Abstract: This paper gives a more comprehensive description of the methods and conclusions of the location selection of CBD in Changsha. Combining with the actual situation of Changsha, through a combination of qualitative and quantitative means, and full analysis and discussion, it is argues that the future development of CBD in Changsha should be rationally based on the traditional urban centers, making full use of the resources available to strengthen the foundation of a range of city functions and to improve CBD land and infrastructure building.
