以老工业基地城市沈阳为例，总结了当前政府和学界对城市棚户型低收入住区改造方式的利弊，并通过调查分析目前沈阳存在的低收入住区居住状况和居民意愿，在此基础上，从城市规划的角度探索一种可行性的低收入住区改善模式。 - 关键词：
老工业基地；低收入住区；沈阳；改造模式 - Abstract: The article taking old industrial-base city of Shenyang as an example, summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of reconstruction mode of low-income residence in Shenyang. On the basis of this, the authors propose one exploring mode for reconstruction from the perspective of urban planning.
