以南京市国家级高新区为例，通过建立一套空间效益的评价指标体系，对南京高新区和城市空间效益的现状进行一系列相关的比较研究，分析评价国家级高新区对城市的贡献作用，并进一步提出高新区拉动城市空间效益的对策，为正确评价国家级高新区的历史功绩以及对城市的贡献作用和现实价值提供依据和参考。 - 关键词：
高新区；城市；空间效益；评价指标体系；南京市； - Abstract: Through creating a spatial profit index assessment system and taking Nanjing state-level STIP as an example, this paper does a series of comparative studies of science and technology industrial park (STIP) and Nanjing spatial profit status, analyzes and evaluates the contribution of the state-level STIP to its mother-city. Furthermore, the paper proposes some solutions for STIP to increase its mother-city抯 spatial profit, which can be use as references to correctly evaluate STIP抯 historical achievements and contributions to its mother-city.
