城市滨水区的重建是重塑城市精神与形象的契机，是城市经济发展的推进器。本文从对厦门港片区的城市经济、人文历史、生态环境与城市格局进行综合分析出发，围绕“塑造一个富含历史文脉和人文资源的渔港形象”这一主题，提出了厦门港片区更新与改造的具体方案以及项目开发实施策略。 - 关键词：
滨水区；更新；改造；厦门港； - Abstract: The reconstruction of waterfront means not only a turning point for the revitalization of city spirit and image, but also the propeller of developing city economy. Beginning with the integrated analysis on urban economy, the humanity history, the ecological environment and city pattern, under the subject of 揝et a harbor image which is full of history context and humanity resource? this paper gives some suggestions on Xiamen harbor renewal and reconstruction as well as the strategy of project implementation.
