基于建筑师的立场，重点讨论了城市物质空间结构诠释和城市建筑分析与设计中的线元素。将线元素分为对城市空间起到完形作用的界面线，空间对景轴线两类。接着，以具体案例解析了线元素在城市建筑分析与设计过程中的作用。最后，揭示了线元素对城市物质空间结构的诠释与操作的双重作用，并指出其在“点-线-面”抽象系统中的位置。 - 关键词：
物质空间结构；诠释；线；分析；设计； - Abstract: Based on the standpoint of a professional architect, the paper discusses the line factors in the interpretation of urban physical spatial structure and the analysis and design of urban architecture. The line factors are classified into two kinds, one is the boundary surface, and the other is line of spatial vista axis. With the specific cases, the author illuminates the substantial influence brought by the line on the architecture design process. Finally, the paper explains the interpretational and the operational role of the line factors in the urban physical structure. The author also points out the position of the line factors in the abstract ‘point-line-surface’ system.
