随着我国城市建设的高速发展，人们对于历史文化街区的保护与更新也愈加重视.当前历史文化街区保护利用的难点在于保护历史环境和适应城市发展的双重要求。本文以南京门西地区为研究对象，通过对门西地区条件的分析，对应老年住区的基本要求，着重从居民的生活角度出发，对历史文化街区保护利用的老年住区模式进行探索。 - 关键词：
历史文化街区；保护；更新；老年住区； - Abstract: With the rapid development of Chinese cities, people pay more attention to the conservation and reconstruction of historic culture street. Currently, the difficulty of the development of historic cultural block is the request between the protecting the historic environment and adapting the development of city. This paper will take Menxi historic block as an example, focuses on the daily lives of residents and put forward the idea of settlement for the older. It also explores the patterns of older settlement of the conservation and reconstruction of historic culture block.
