以近代沈阳商埠地为研究对象，重点研究了20世纪二三十年代奉系政府与日本对峙的特定条件下，对商埠地的规划、土地经营和发展策略，从而提出了商埠地是近代沈阳自主建设的重要城城市空间实例，具有较高的城市文化遗产价值，并提出了对商埠地历史街区的相应保护对策。 - 关键词：
中日对峙；自主建设；商埠地；沈阳； - Abstract: This paper focuses on the commercial port in Shenyang during 1920s-1930s, which is a China-Japan confrontation period. By analyzing the commercial port planning, management and development by the Fengxi government, we advance that the historical area has a high culture value, and finally we offer a proposal conservation strategy.
