通过对宜居城市建设的政治、经济、社会三个维度的总结，以德国宜居城市建设实践为参照，提炼出围绕城市竞争力提升的“宜居城市”建设在功能、尺度、风貌、历史文化及公共设施等方面的举措，探寻了中国“宜居城市”建设小型化、特色化的可行路径。 - 关键词：
宜居城市建设；城市竞争力；城市特色； - Abstract: By summarizing the three dimensions of politics, economic, society in livable city construction, and referring to the German practice experience, this article extracts the approaches of building livable city from the aspects of function, scale, style, history, culture and public facilities, which are according to the main intention of increasing the urban competitiveness. And also, the article tries to explore a “miniaturization” and “specialization” path for China’s livable city construction.
