城市空间形态演变受到包括生活富裕水平、产业结构演变、社会阶层流动、空间解放技术和土地要素稀缺程度在内的因素的影响。通过这些因素的趋势变化，可以预判其对杭州城市空间形态演化的影响，预见未来一段时间杭州城市空间形态演化的主要特征，探讨调适杭州城市空间形态演化的对策。 - 关键词：
城市空间形态；因素分析；趋势；调适； - Abstract: City spatial morphology evolution is affected by many factors, including living standard, the industrial structure, social mobility, the liberation of space technology and land scarcity. Through these factors change trend, the infuence to the evolution of spatial form of Hangzhou city can be predicted. The main feature of the Hangzhou city evolution of spatial form in the future period of time can be foreseen, and some countermeasure of adjusting the evolution of spatial form of Hangzhou city are discussed.
