城中村是我国快速城镇化、社会转型时期特有的二元体制下出现的空间地域实体，城中村的存在会产生很多社会问题，但同时在流动人口城镇化的过程中又有一定的现实意义。城中村改造是一项长期而艰巨的任务，本文从城中村改造中直接涉及的四个利益群体入手，通过不同的组合及关系对比，分析各种已有的改造模式优劣、特点及可行性，以期对将要进行大量城中村开发改造的城市起到一定借鉴、启示作用。 - 关键词：
城中村改造；模式；对比 - Abstract: In the context of China¡¯s rapid urbanization and society transition, city village is formed in the dual-system environment. City village may cause a lot of social problems, but it also plays a very important role in the process of transient population urbanization. The redevelopment of city village is a tough and long task. This paper analyses advantages, weakness, characteristics and feasibility of different modes of redevelopment of city village from the view of four different stakeholders¡¯ analysis for the cities that will carry about the redevelopment of city village.
