城中村是我国快速城镇化、社会转型时期特有的二元体制下出现的空间地域实体，城中村的存在会产生很多社会问题，但同时在流动人口城镇化的过程中又有一定的现实意义。城中村改造是一项长期而艰巨的任务，本文从城中村改造中直接涉及的四个利益群体入手，通过不同的组合及关系对比，分析各种已有的改造模式优劣、特点及可行性，以期对将要进行大量城中村开发改造的城市起到一定借鉴、启示作用。 - 关键词：
城中村改造；模式；对比； - Abstract: In the context of China’s rapid urbanization and society transition, city village is formed in the dual-system environment. City village may cause a lot of social problems, but it also plays a very important role in the process of transient population urbanization. The redevelopment of city village is a tough and long task. This paper analyses advantages, weakness, characteristics and feasibility of different modes of redevelopment of city village from the view of four different stakeholders’ analysis for the cities that will carry about the redevelopment of city village.
