我国城镇化进程进入了新的历史阶段，在新型城镇化背景下以“家庭”为基本单元来推进城镇化具有重要的现实意义。本文从居住—就业—公共服务的视角系统梳理了农村家庭形态演变的历史过程，对该过程的实质进行了探讨与剖析。通过对如东县小城镇农民的问卷调查，对当地农村城镇化进程、特征与原因进行了探讨，并进一步对农村家庭城镇化的发展走向进行思考。文章认为如东农村家庭城镇化是城乡差距下对家庭发展权的争取，经历了居住—就业—公共服务由聚合向离散的发展过程，具有空间逐趋离散、需求渐进转型、代际特征明显等特点，由离散再次走向耦合的农村家庭城镇化路径是未来城镇化可持续发展的方向之一。 - 关键词：
农村家庭；离散形态；居住—就业—公共服务；空间耦合； - Abstract: Along with the urbanization entering a new historical stage, promoting new-type urbanization as a family unit has important practical significance in China. The paper systematically combed the historical process of rural families’ form change from the perspective of living-working-public services. Through a survey of farmers in Rudong, the process, characteristics and reasons of local rural urbanization are discussed in this paper. The article suggests that rural urbanization in Rudong is to strike for the family developing right facing the gap between urban and rural areas, experienced a process from aggregation to dissociation of living-employment-public service. The urbanization path from dissociation to aggregation of rural families is one of the directions of the sustainable urbanization in the future.
