产业地产是一种全新的城市经济发展空间理念。本文在界定产业地产概念的基础上，分析了产业地产发展的主要问题。提出了产业地产发展遵循的主要原则、开发思路和盈利方式。结合未来产业地产专业化、特色化、科技化发展趋势，提出了提高管理水平、多元化发展、发展配套服务、进一步升级产品以及向二线城市扩张的发展策略。 - 关键词：
产业地产；发展模式；发展方向；开发策略； - Abstract: The industrial real estate is a new special concept of city economic development. Based on defining the concept of industrial real estate, this paper analyzed the main problem of industrial real estate development. It put forward the main principles, development route and profit earning pattern of industrial real estate. Considering the industrial development trend of real estate, such as specialization, characterization and technology, this paper presented some development strategies which include improving management level, diversifying the development direction, developing the supporting services, upgrading the products and expanding to the second-tier cities in the future.
