- 摘要：
完善的旅游公共服务体系是大都市旅游业健康持续发展的保障。大都市旅游公共服务体系优化是公共服务理论介入大都市旅游发展战略管理的前沿性命题，也是都市旅游研究中的开拓性命题，对于深化我国公共服务的理论研究，促进我国大都市旅游公共服务体系发展具有重要的现实意义。论文以上海为例，就我国大都市旅游公共服务体系建设中存在的问题及其产生的原因进行了深层次的解析，并在此基础上提出了发展的优化对策，以期为我国大都市旅游公共服务体系建设提供理论参考依据。 - 关键词：
旅游公共服务；优化；大都市；上海； - Abstract: Having a professional system of tourism public service is the guarantee for sound development and sustainable of tourism in metropolis. The optimization of tourism public service system in metropolis is a up-to-date study issue in urban tourism research which refers to the public service theory involved in the strategic management of metropolis tourism development, which is also a pioneering issue in urban tourism and can make big contribution to the theoretical of public service as well as to promote the development of metropolitan tourism public service system. The paper analyses the existing problems in metropolitan tourism public service system in China with a case study of Shanghai, and advances the corresponding optimization measures in order to provide some theoretical basis for tourism public service system construction of metropolitan in China.
