- 摘要：
通过构建城镇化与生态环境协调发展度评价指标体系，采用协调发展度模型对河南省18 个省辖市2005-2014 年的城镇化与生态环境协调发展度进行动态评价分析，结果表明，评价时间段内：①河南省18 个省辖市的城镇化与生态环境协调发展度处于稳步上升态势，2011 年开始，河南省18 个省辖市均摆脱了失调状态，但整体协调发展水平仍较低；②各省辖市的协调发展度地域差异较大，省会郑州的辐射效应较为明显；③目前全省18 个省辖市中仅有郑州达到了“良好协调”，其他省辖市仍以“初级协调”和“中级协调”发展状态为主，经济发展对生态环境具有较大的依赖和破坏。在对以上结果分析的基础上，提出了河南省新型城镇化建设中生态环境改善对策，以期为促进河南省城镇化与生态环境之间的协调发展提供基础支撑。 - 关键词：
城镇化；生态环境；协调发展度；河南省； - Abstract: Based on the evaluation index system of coordination degree between urbanization and ecological environment, the paper takes coordination degree evaluation model to dynamically evaluate the coordination degree of the 18 regions in Henan province from 2005 to 2014. Main conclusions of this study include: ①For all regions, their coordinated degree between urbanization and ecological environment were gradually improved from 2005 to 2014, and until 2011, all regions got rid of weak degrees. However, the total coordinated degree between urbanization and ecological environment was low in Henan province. ②There was a big regional difference in the coordination degree between urbanization and ecological environment in Henan province from 2005 to 2014, and the radiation effects of Zhengzhou was obvious. ③There was only coordinated degree of Zhengzhou that achieved "good coordination degree", but the coordinated degrees of other regions were centered on "middle coordinated degree" and "primary coordinated degree". Some countermeasures of ecological environment improvement were proposed based on the above analysis, in order to provide basic support for the coordinate development between urbanization and ecological environment in Henan province in the future.
