- 中部地区对外服务特征及服务网络结构评价

在中部地区崛起新规划编制背景下研究其对外服务和整体空间结构具有客观必要性。通过测算省域和市域对外服务强度发现：中部整体服务联系以第二产业为主，但第三产业增长速度较大，各省对外服务量和产业比重存在较大差异；2003 年-2014 年市域对外服务量等级分布趋于平衡，空间演变符合点轴开发模式，区域空间结构由“核心极化扩散”向“高水平均衡发展”转变；基础较差地区增长较快但与发达地区实际差距仍在拉大。基于城市间服务强度研究中部服务网络，其网络密度与低强度服务联系增加，网络整体受强联系影响较大，服务中心更加分散但服务市场更加集中。对对外服务强度和城市服务潜能进行比较并分级分，2003-2014 年中部地区对外服务发展较好地区增加最多，空间分布存在“外高内低”的趋势，城市间发展状况存在较大差异，对外服务发展不理想的地区主要分布在省际边界区域或自身经济社会发展独立性较强的城市。 - 关键词：
对外服务；发展状况；空间结构；中部地区； - Abstract: Under the background of writing the plan of central region upsurge, it’s objectively necessary to research the foreign service and spatial structure of central region. By calculating the provinces and cities’ strength of foreign service, we find that the secondary industry occupies the major part of total, but tertiary industry grows more quickly. Provinces’ foreign service volume and proportion are quite large. From 2003 to 2014, the hierarchical distribution of foreign service have the tendency towards equilibrium. Spatial evolution conforms to the Point-Axis development mode. Regional spatial structure change from "core gather and diffusion" to "balance of high level". The areas which have poor foundation grow faster but the actual gap is widening. To research service network based on the service strength among cities, we find that the network density and low intensity contacts increase, the whole network is greatly influenced by high intensity contacts, the service center become dispersed and the service market become concentrated. The cities with bad development level are mainly distributed in fringe region, or have independent economic and society level.
