新型城镇化背景下，提升公共基础设施服务水平是提高特大城市可持续发展能力的现实需求和重要抓手。针对特大城市公共基础设施系统多元主体、多重要素的特点，通过建立协同创新五维模型，提出以目标协同为前提、组织协同为保障，推进主体互动、要素整合和空间引导的发展策略，并对协同创新进行了机制解析；进一步应用协同创新五维模型对提升特大城市公共基础设施服务水平的典型案例进行了初步分析。 - 关键词：
特大城市；公共基础设施；协同创新；五维模型； - Abstract: Under the background of new urbanization, improving the service level of public infrastructure is the realistic demand and important starting point to improve the sustainable development ability of megacities. Based on the five-dimensional model of synergetic innovation, this paper puts forward the development strategy based on the premise of target coordination and the coordination of organization as the guarantee, promoting the interaction of principal, factor integration and space guidance. The collaborative innovation five dimensional model is used to analyze the typical cases of the public infrastructure service level in the megalopolis.
