随着我国城市化进程加快，城市人口与用地规模迅速增加。如何高效细致对城市空间进行管理从而提升居民的生活质量成为了一项重要议题。有效的城市管理与微观尺度数据的采集分析密不可分，而具体到街道、社区数据的即时获取常成为这方面的难点。本文讨论了一种基于空间视频的精细尺度数据采集方法，使用空间视频采集仪器，获取大量准确的多媒体街景数据，用以记录分析突发事件或长期发生变化的地物。本文以某校园雨后积水数据采集分析为例，介绍了数据收集及后期分析和制图的过程，探讨了该技术在城市管理方面投入应用的合理性与高效性，从方法与技术层面为城市规划管理提供了可行建议。 - 关键词：
空间视频；精细尺度；数据获取；城市管理 - Abstract: In recent years, with the process of urbanization expediting, the urban size and population have boosted. How to administrate the urban space more efficiently and meticulously to improve citizens¡¯ life quality has become a significant issue. The efficient city management is closely linked with the micro scale data acquisition, nevertheless, when it comes to street and community, acquiring data in time always becomes a difficulty in this aspect. This article discusses a method of micro scale data acquisition based on spatial video. Taking data acquisition and analysis after raining in a certain campus as an example, we introduce the proceeding of data acquisition and latter analysis and mapping. Furthermore, we investigate this technique¡¯s rationality and efficiency in urban administration and make feasible proposal for urban planning administration in the dimension of means and technique.
